Everything you relied on stopped working.
I help women build a simple system that works with the body they have now. Health psychologist. Cortisol educator. Behavior change strategist. Fitness professional. And a woman who had to rewrite her own plan in midlife.

Four moments that built this work.
The training
Health psychology, not just nutrition
A doctorate in health psychology and years of executive coaching taught me the same lesson twice: information never changes behavior. Systems do.
The family
Watching diabetes move through a family
I grew up watching people I loved manage type 2 diabetes with willpower and guilt, and lose. It made me relentless about building systems instead of relying on discipline.
The reset
My own body stopped cooperating
Everything I relied on for years stopped working. Training. Nutrition. Pushing through. Then my own body stopped cooperating: sleep went first, then energy, then my sense of self. I had to rebuild my strategy from scratch.
The method
Why I built the 3M system
I needed something small enough to survive a real week and specific enough to move real biology. Meals, Movement, Mindfulness, one system where each part supports the next, repeated until it became identity, not effort.
How I practice.
Backed by evidence
Every recommendation is grounded in research and stated with honest limits. No hype.
Bite-sized changes
One step at a time. Sustainable change is built from actions small enough to repeat on a bad day.
Dignity first
No shame, no fear marketing, no before-and-after theatre.
Skills, not rules
You leave able to adapt your own strategy as your body keeps changing.

To give one million women a roadmap for midlife that respects their biology, their intelligence, and their time.
A generation of women who reach fifty, sixty, and seventy with more capacity than they had at thirty, because someone finally taught them the skills their changing bodies required, instead of telling them to try harder.
I believe personalization is the future of this work. AI-assisted coaching, used strategically, lets a plan adapt to a real woman's real week, which is exactly where most health advice falls apart.
